1.  Perform in an efficient manner the daily cleaning of the total school building and grounds as directed by the Principal or his agent.


2.  Maintain the mechanical and storage room in an orderly and safe condition at all times.


3.  Perform preventive maintenance tasks as the need arises.


4.  Report all hazardous conditions prevailing in the building or on school grounds.


5.  Report any unusual occurrences where the health, safety, or security of pupils or teachers is threatened.


6.  Dispose of trash and garbage in accordance with Health Department regulations.


7.  Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, Principal, Superintendent,  and the Board of Education.
